About Monnit

Monnit builds industrial wireless sensors, gateways, and software for remote monitoring and predictive maintenance across manufacturing, buildings, cold chain, and more.

The Role

Be the technical and commercial bridge between Monnit HQ and Monnit Korea. You will run discovery, demos, and solution design; scope and win POCs; coordinate localization and enablement; and (as a GTM hybrid) build early pipeline via targeted outbound and event follow‑up.

What You'll Do

Solution Engineering

  • Partner with Monnit Korea and APAC partners to qualify opportunities, shape solution architecture, and create proposals/BOMs and pricing.
  • Deliver engaging demos and workshops in Korean and English; tailor value propositions to buyer roles (ops, facilities, IT, finance).
  • Own technical validations/POCs end‑to‑end: define success criteria, set up pilots, measure outcomes, and de‑risk deployment.
  • Translate business requirements into clear technical artifacts: diagrams, data flows, and integration notes.
  • Maintain clean pipeline hygiene in NetSuite (stages, forecasting, win/loss notes) and share market/feature feedback with product and marketing.

BizDev / Outbound (Hybrid)

  • Build a focused contact plan: prioritize accounts/segments, and execute coordinated outreach across email, phone, LinkedIn, and events.
  • Drive event/seminar follow‑up, book meetings, and orchestrate smooth hand‑offs with the sales team; keep calendars current.
  • Nurture channel and distributor relationships; assist with partner onboarding and enablement materials.
  • Contribute content that accelerates deals (localized one‑pagers, case snippets, short videos).

Enablement & Localization

  • Localize selected collateral for Korea; deliver internal and partner training sessions (Korean and English).
  • Provide clear, data‑backed insights on APAC needs and competitive dynamics.

What You Bring

  • Professional fluency in Korean and English (spoken, written, and presentation).
  • 3–5+ years in B2B sales engineering, solutions consulting or a technical customer‑facing role; comfortable owning POCs and demos.
  • Experience working with APAC (preferably Korea) enterprises or channel partners.
  • Fluency in IoT basics: sensors, gateways, networking fundamentals, cloud dashboards/APIs, data and alerts.
  • Strong discovery and whiteboarding skills; can translate business problems into technical architectures and ROI.
  • Proficiency with NetSuite; strong PowerPoint/Google Slides and Excel skills.
  • Self‑directed, organized, and collaborative-able to context‑switch and deliver under time pressure.

Nice to Have

  • Industrial IoT deployment experience (manufacturing, facilities, cold chain).
  • Channel/partner enablement background.
  • Light scripting or data skills to accelerate POCs (e.g., Python, Node, SQL, Postman).

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive base + variable (OTE); performance bonus.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, vision; 401(k); paid time off and holidays.
  • Hybrid work flexibility and professional development opportunities.
