Schedule: Core hours 9:00–3:00 MT, with early/late blocks to overlap with Korea
Travel: ~10% (APAC/Korea + select trade shows)

We are seeking a Bilingual Sales Engineer (Korean–English) to act as the technical and commercial bridge between Monnit HQ in Utah and Monnit Korea. This role blends solution engineering and go-to-market execution-helping design and validate IoT solutions while driving early-stage pipeline through outreach and event follow-up.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, sales, and international markets.
Lead demos, workshops, and POCs in Korean and English, tailoring solutions to customer needs.
Architect proposals, BOMs, and solution designs with Monnit Korea and APAC partners.
Support outbound campaigns, event follow-up, and partner enablement to build pipeline.
Localize materials, train partners, and share APAC insights with HQ teams.
Maintain accurate pipeline data in NetSuite and provide feedback to product/marketing.
Fluency in Korean and English (spoken, written, presentation).
3–5+ years in sales engineering, solutions consulting, or technical pre-sales.
Experience with APAC enterprises/partners (Korea preferred).
Knowledge of IoT tech: sensors, gateways, networking, APIs, dashboards.
Strong communicator-skilled in discovery, solution design, and ROI storytelling.
Nice to Have: Industrial IoT deployments, partner/channel enablement, or light scripting/data skills (Python, SQL, Postman).
Base $60–80k + variable (OTE ~$100k) with bonus.
