Description:
As a shift Engineer for IM flash Technologies you will be responsible for the maintenance and support equipment and processes on shift. Will monitor operation of semiconductor equipment and processes on shift and troubleshoot equipment and process issues that arise on shift. Create, implement, analyze and summarize SWRs and other affected processes. Create and implement ECNs for processes. You will assist and support the Fab Engineering group with testing and experimentation on processes and equipment. Collect, document and analyze data from testing or experiments conducted in the area. Monitor, analyze and address SPC issues for the process on a daily basis.

Duties: |
| Possess good organizational skills and be able to work on multiple tasks concurrently and prioritize issues and tasks. Be self motivated with excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as documentation and organizational skills. Be willing to work any shift, and must be flexible for shift rotation. Work well in groups and one-on-one situations. You must have a working knowledge of Fab processes and have good analytical skills, be able to design valid tests, SWRs and DOEs and have a basic understanding of probe, param, and device theory. |

Required Education:
A minimum of a BS in Chemical, Materials Engineering, Mechanical, or related descipline required. |
