Duties: |
The Supervisor position is responsible for the development of a successful and unified Order Entry team, with a high level of productivity to attain the functions overall performance metrics and commitment to customer service, defining policies and procedures, proactively monitoring quality of work, frequently reporting to management the teams successes and challenges.
The Supervisor is also responsible for interviewing, training, encouraging, and counseling with Order Entry representatives, providing frequent and constructive feedback to their team and individual performance goals, committing to the continued training, development and overall success of their team and individual members.
Primary purpose of role is supervision:
Responsible, working in conjunction with Sr. Management, with the formation of a new Order Entry Team.
Reviews automated data entry methods (Dynamics CRM) and offers suggestions for improving the process flow
Defines process for working in conjunction with Login, Sales, Laboratory staff, Customer Service and accounting to define expedited Order Entry procedures
Develops and implements work performance standards and measurements.
Ensures that all subordinate employees receive on-the-job training on the organizations policies and procedures.
Acts as liaison with other departments to resolve customer problems and inquiries.
Directly resolves more complex customer inquiries, service requests and problems.
Reviews work of subordinates for accuracy and completeness.
Recommends potential new hires, performance assessments, promotions and disciplinary actions up to and including termination.
Maintain a positive team oriented environment in conjunction with login, customer service, accounting, laboratory staff and sales.
Ensure all employees have a clear understanding of performance expectations and receive ongoing feedback, recognition, and coaching.
Utilize and maintain strong accountability measures to ensure success.
Complete reports and conduct team meetings to disseminate information.
Recommend and implement improvement to processes and efficiencies.
Maintains in depth working knowledge of product versions, compliance, policies, procedures and industry
Ensure timely, accurate input of orders into the CRM system
Work closely with laboratory staff to ensure a clear understanding of client expectations and testing requirements

Qualifications: |
High school diploma required.
AA or BA preferred, but will consider solid performance background and experience.
Knowledge of the industry and willing to learn about NLI specific tests.
Experience managing a team in a high volume environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to effectively project manage large volumes of work in a timely and high quality manner.
Strong leadership and training skills.
Ability to utilize word processing, database and spreadsheet software applications.
Strong problem resolution and decision making skills.
Self motivated, result oriented, and a positive attitude.
Excellent time management skills with ability to multi task and successfully prioritize.
Requires excellent communication and relationship building skills.
Proven ability to hire, train, motivate, and lead a diverse order entry team.
Ability to make sound decisions under demanding conditions.
Excellent working knowledge of Dynamics CRM, MS Office
Flexibility in scheduling.
