Duties: |
| Analyze patient data output from genetic sequence analyzers to identify mutations for use in clinical diagnosis of predisposed risk for Breast, Ovarian, Colon, and other cancers. Must maintain appropriate documentation of analytical data and comply with all technical, safety and administrative procedures.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
or
Monday-Friday 3:00pm-11:00pm (with additional shift differential pay) |
Qualifications: |
| Required:
BS/BA in biological, chemical or medical laboratory science.
Preferred Skills:
Specific coursework in Molecular Biology, Human Genetics, and Biochemistry is desirable. Six months Molecular Biology or other clinical laboratory experience is preferred, however new graduates are also encouraged to apply. |
