| Position will be responsible for the day to day operation of the clinical Fragment Analysis laboratory. The Fragment Analysis supervisor is also responsible for training, maintaining, and monitoring the compliance of the Fragment Analysis staff. The Fragment Analysis supervisor will work cross functionally with other departments to ensure proper testing and tracking of clinical samples throughout the Fragment lab and other areas. |
Duties: |
| Duties include general laboratory staff management including hiring, training, scheduling, and compliance to company policy. Additionally, the Fragment Analysis supervisor will be main point of contact for issues associated with the Fragment Analysis laboratory, and will be required to communicate sample tracking and troubleshooting information cross-functionally across various departments. |
Qualifications: |
| A Master’s degree in a relevant field and 2 or more years of relevant clinical laboratory experience. A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 4 or more years of relevant clinical laboratory experience. |
