Job Duties:
Data entry of information from health care provider tests into computer database in an accurate and timely manner
Review and distinguish between request types received |
Qualifications: |
Minimum Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent
Detail oriented
Quick learner
Excellent problem solving and research skills
High level of accuracy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent reading comprehension skills
Adaptability to changing policies and procedures
Availability to work 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, with 4 hours rotating every 3rd weekend
Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm (net)
Proficiency in Windows and Internet Browsers
Preferred Skills:
Data entry experience
Preference given to higher net typing speed applicants (online test required)
Preference given to applicants with college degrees
