Independent Sales Rep - business-to-business phone sales of Career websites and online employment application tracking.
Your job will be to help small and mid-sized employers (20 to 2000 employees) to move their job application process into the 21st century by offering online applications to their prospective employees.
Our careers site will help them expand their employment applicant pool, track those applicants through the hiring process, help them screen and select them, and provide full reporting about their hiring.
Your job will be to help introduce employers to our system, show them how it works, answer any questions they may have, and offer them a free 30-day trial to take it for a test drive.
This is a work from home position. We do have an office potentially available in the Orem area, but we prefer our sales reps to work from their home office. Therefore, this job requires that you have high speed Internet, access to a computer, and a quiet place to work. |
Duties: |
Selling to Employers (20 to 2000 employees) including:
- some prospecting
- doing demos via the web (gotomeeting.com or similar tool)
- following up via phone and email |
Qualifications: |
-Excellent Computer Skills
-Understanding of the Internet/Websites
-Experience presenting using powerpoint and Web based demo systems such as gotomeeting, webex, readytalk, etc
- Fearless Attitude!
- A Desire to get out and start selling!
- Great communications skills
- High degree of Persistence, Independence, and Sales Drive
- High Integrity
- A desire to concentrate on selling, not filling out reports or doing administrative work
