Description: |
We currently have an open position in our Product Sterility Department.
Hours are Mon to Fri 8/9:00AM to 4/5:00PM with some flexibility.
We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive person with a strong customer service background.

Duties: |
Responsibilities include:
• Coordinate with login to ensure timely receipt of samples focusing on discrepancy issues that will help reduce deviations and amendments.
• Work with sponsors to ensure that samples are submitted with the appropriate paperwork and educate such that issues are reduced.
• Assist with sponsor questions regarding sterility testing, price quotes, sample sizes, etc.
• Oversee testing information and help maintain a spreadsheet with necessary information.
• Work with other internal function groups to maintain communication with testing status and necessary support working toward the improvement of turn-around-time (TAT).
• Assist Study Directors

Qualifications: |
Position requirements include:
Associates Degree OR High School diploma and one year applicable lab experience. Bachelors degree preferred.
