Duties: |
| - Conduct software quality assurance testing and report results in accordance with established procedures.
- Analyze testing needs in order to develop and implement test plans and test cases
- Work with Development Team members in identifying and cataloging product-related issues and then follow up to assess resolution.

Qualifications: |
| - Some software testing experience.
- Strong understanding of testing procedures and practices.
- Must have the ability to author and execute test plans and test cases.
- Must have experience with Web browsers, particularly Internet Explorer and Fire fox, and Web-based applications.
- Must be self-motivated and have a demonstrable capacity to work alone or as part of a team.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills with a superior ability to articulate product-related problems and issues.
- Must have strong analytical skills and be able to provide a creative approach to testing and problem solving.
- Must have strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, particularly 2000, XP and Vista.
- Working knowledge of XML.
