| The Statistical Programmer II applies programming techniques and helps develop, implement, validate, and maintain software for the monitoring, reporting, and analysis of clinical trials. Helps prepare and distribute summarized information to the study team. |
Duties: |
• Develop SAS programs for the analysis and reporting of Myriad clinical trials.
• Validate SAS programs written by other programmers.
• Provide programming support to other functional areas including Clinical Data Management (e.g., edit checks) and Clinical Operations (e.g., data summaries for monitoring activities)..

Qualifications: |
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Biostatistics, Mathematics, or equivalent. Minimum of 2 years of SAS programming experience, preferably within the Pharmaceutical or Biotech industry. Ability to develop SAS programs to support clinical trial reports. Understanding of the concepts of descriptive statistics for numerical and categorical data and ability to implement SAS to generate basic summary statistics. Capable of clear and timely written/verbal communication with statisticians.
Preferred Skills
• Experience preparing NDAs for regulatory agencies.
• Knowledge and experience with CDISC standards.
• Programming skills in other languages besides SAS.
