This position is a new position that will report to the MGL Manager of Process Engineering.
This new role will support the diagnostic lab in three areas; 1) Implementing defined user maintenance tasks, 2) implementing improvement projects and 3) troubleshooting and repairing any user equipment issues.
The Maintenance Technician will work closely with the lab groups to perform maintenance tasks on lab equipment not supported by the corporate maintenance group, troubleshooting problem, and implementing improvements in lab equipment. This role will require conducting hands on maintenance activities per defined procedures.

Duties: |
1) Conduct required user maintenance activities.
2) Support equipment installation and qualification activities
3) Update preventive maintenance and user maintenance procedures
4) Update the maintenance and calibration tracking system
5) Maintain maintenance parts lockers
|
Qualifications: |
• 1-2 years experience with equipment calibration and maintenance.
• Previous experience with calibration and maintenance software is preferred.
• Previous experience in a regulated industry is preferred.
