Daytime, 5 days a week position available.
Responsible for day-to-day supervision of department (Accessioning, Extraction, and PCR inoculation). Coordination of work flow between multiple departments. Being available to testing personnel at all times. Application of Lean Principles in the laboratory.

Duties: |
| Hiring and staffing department, scheduling, inventory/ordering supplies, writing/revising SOP’s, reviewing/revising training plans, ensuring smooth implementation of new processes and procedures, ensuring employee competency and performing annual reviews. |
Qualifications: |
Bachelors degree with a minimum 1-2 years of relevant clinical laboratory experience.
