Description:

Customer Dynamics is seeking a CRM Technical Specialist who has experience in Business Analysis, SQL Server Administration, Report Writing, and .NET programming. A Technical Specialist must have excellent verbal, presentation and communication skills and must be able to work in a team environment. If you have experience using Microsoft Dynamics CRM or have a strong background in other CRM/ERP packages, looking for a career change, we’d like to talk to you

Duties:

• Determine and implement technical solutions to business problems • Provide front line technical support of field Consultants. • Configure CRM including screen design and layout as required. • Design and write SQL Reports using SRS. • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to complete tasks with little supervision • Will be a self starter with high energy, creativity, and resourcefulness.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years business experience • 4 year degree – technical preferred • Experience in working with sales, marketing and customer service processes • Strong business presentation, verbal communication, and technical writing skills • Comfortable with Microsoft SQL Server Development and Administration • Intermediate to Advanced level experience with SQL Server Reporting Services • 3+ years programming experience with .NET. Must be comfortable with C#, HTML, XML, T-SQL, JavaScript, and .NET in general. • Desire to learn, grow and exceed expectations. • High Energy, Creativity & entrepreneur spirit.
